Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Platform Proof (“we,” “us”) for the use of ProofIntel (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

ProofIntel helps you generate short video scripts, hooks, carousels, and related content ideas. You are responsible for what you publish. We do not guarantee any particular result, view count, or income.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a paid plan.

Payment and plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Paid plans may start with a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or generate content that is hateful, deceptive, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content you create with the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. AI output can be wrong or generic; review everything before you publish it. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
