Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged on day one. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to paid and your card is charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal inside the app, or by emailing support@alstongodbolt.com. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. You keep access until then.
Refunds
Monthly plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period, but if something went wrong, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will make it right. For yearly plans, email us within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund of that charge. We do not refund partial periods after that window.
