This policy explains what Platform Proof collects when you use ProofIntel, why, and your choices.

What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email). Content you create in the app. Billing details, which are processed by Stripe (we never see your full card number). Basic usage data so we can run and improve the Service.

How we use it

To run your account, generate content you request, process payments, send you product and onboarding emails, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the Service, including Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (email), Convex (database), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers such as Anthropic. They only get what they need to do their job. We may disclose information if required by law.

Email

If you sign up or buy a plan, we add you to our email list to send onboarding and product emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Data retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@alstongodbolt.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your password private.
